Silver Strike Lodge Brings in National Speaker

Our friends and clients at Silver Strike Lodge recently asked C&S to market a presentation by Craig Thomas, of Citi Property Investors, who spoke to Park City realtors at the Santy Auditorium on December 17, 2008.  Mr. Thomas’s presentation included an explanation of the current economic conditions, with Salt Lake City and the mountain states faring much better than the rest of the country.  His forecast was for a soft 2009, and a market comeback by third-quarter 2010.  Mr. Thomas pointed out that while it’s good to be diverse, real estate has consistently produced the best returns, compared to stocks, mutual funds and other investments in your portfolio.

The event was cost-effective and a terrific public relations tool, allowing the developer to give a brief overview of the project to key realtors, while providing pertinent information to help them sell. The event was also covered by the local newspaper during the holidays, providing an added promotional benefit and invaluable credibility for Silver Strike.
